When Apple exploded onto the scene with its ihone in 2007, many expected that it would quickly gain market popularity. In this sense, the iPhone did not disappoint. Though some in the field make a distinction between the iPhone and smartphones, for the purpose of categorizing here, the argument is moot. Apple has brought us phones that include:
